Corporate Security Operations Specialist

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers. Job Scope:

• Proactively manages and implements security processes and activities in compliance with SK hynix Security Standards and security business policies with the highest degree of confidentiality, resulting in customer satisfaction and minimal negative business impact from security operations. Implements Campus Security Programs and adapt to local conditions as appropriate. Assists in the development and maintenance of a viable campus/ building security posture. Ensures compliance with SK hynix and country security regulations.
• Liaises with local Law Enforcement over physical security issues. Responsible to work with Security System Specialist for ensuring that alarm systems are tested, maintained, properly monitored and site security members are familiar with their operation and how to respond.
• Supervises the documentation of site Security incidents and directs investigations into minor incidents which occur in the campus and liaise with Corp Security Investigator on major Security and Workplace violence cases.
• Develops and monitors security-training programs for the campus. Manages security audits and improvement programs on the campus. Identifies and rectifies security gaps raised during security reviews at the Campus. Ensures compliance to external auditor’s findings.
• Liaises with contracted physical security supplier and ensure they perform their functions in accordance with their contract. Escalates to site management any issues of non performance. Qualifications: Critical Skills:
• Fluent oral and written English skills. Korean speaking skills would be a strong plus.
• Thorough understanding of industrial security including access controls, SCC, security system and loss prevention
• Able to make decision on Security activities and react accordingly when under pressure
• Possesses good investigation and analytical skills to conduct investigations and establish prevention programs
• Communication skill with internal key customers and peers and ability to communicate effectively (oral/written) and build a working relationship with all levels of management
• Security program knowledge and implementation
• Oversight of contingent security workforce to ensure adherence and compliance to corporate contract
• Experience in assessing workplace violence issues.
• High professionalism and work ethics
• Knowledgeable in using different systems and tools available in an electronic environment
• Good interpersonal skills, supervisory skills, high integrity and complete confidentiality
• Demonstrated prior experience in project management. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree / 5+ years of relevant experience or
• Master’s Degree / 2+ years of relevant experience
• Major in The Science of Public Order (治安专业） of Public Security is preferred. Business Management is also a plus.
