Corporate Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solutions Consultant to partner with our team in delivering holistic benefits to SMEs and large corporations. You will combine consulting, pre-sales, sales and project management to design and implement group medical, MPF, group life & disability, and general insurance solutions. Based in Hong Kong SAR with hybrid flexibility, the role suits an entrepreneurial, client-focused team player.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporates on workforce benefits and design group medical, MPF and general insurance solutions.
• Lead pre-sales: prepare presentations and run client briefings.
• Develop business with HR and stakeholders to win and grow accounts.
• Manage implementation and servicing; coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Provide account management to maximise satisfaction, retention and renewals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and help expand the practice.

About you

• Degree or equivalent experience; professional or industry qualifications preferred.
• Business development experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills; proven pre-sales/sales experience.
• Project management experience across multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting and business-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Experience in corporate or financial services is preferred.
