• Lead the growth and retention of Group Medical business portfolios
• Serve as a trusted advisor for intermediaries and corporate clients, providing timely and professional responses to questions.
• Create, organize and present sales and proposal presentation to intermediaries and corporate clients
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning, product enhancement, and partnership development.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of business growth
• Oversee end-to-end administrative and claims processes to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
• Lead and execute ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
