Corporate Strategy Analyst

Location: Newton, NJ - 4 days a week onsite

Pay Rate: $120,000-$150,000/yr

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, or corporate strategy

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and analyses.

• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bulge bracket or elite boutique investment banking experience.

• M&A transaction experience.

• Corporate development or private equity exposure.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Experience working directly with executive leadership.

• Process improvement or business operations experience.

• Telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or growth company experience.
