Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities:

 The role of 'Business Strategy and planning is focused and responsible for on supporting corporations in developing a strategic direction, creating a growth path and key strategies & action plans, and achieving target sales and profitability. The scope of responsibilities including :

• Develop the corporate strategic direction and key business strategies for domestic trading business (Corporate strategy level)
• Create functional strategies at the function level (Department), in collaboration with all units of domestic trading business, including defining performance indicators that align with the overall corporate strategic direction, to enable the organization to achieve its set goals
• Adapt strategies to be suitable for the industry's specific circumstances during different time periods, considering the high-level business directions set by top management or the policies of CP group
• Prepare a Key Work Program in collaboration with all units of domestic trading business, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategic direction
• Drive, support, and resolve issues within all work programs with all related function, to ensure its achievement
• Monitor and update the progress of projects on (at least) a monthly basis to provide data to CPF strategy team and report to top management
• Prepare data summaries and presentation reports for each project to present to top management, such as CPF BU MC, on a regular basis
• Prepare (Lead) the annual budget to meet the set targets within the specified timeframe, collaborating with internal units
• Create presentation documents for top management and the company's board of directors.
• Develop/update/revise the mid-year forecast, and present it to senior management and the company's board of directors

Qualifications:

• 5 years+ experience in financial & Food sector with position including (but not limited to) corporate strategy planning, financial advisory services, financial budgeting or business development
• Previous position may include corporate strategy, business development, financial advisor, investment banker, or other financial related positions

-Fluent in Thai and English

-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

-Must have strong relationship and people management skills

-Advanced MS office: especially PowerPoint and some advanced excel
