£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Our client, a successful and growing professional services organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their expanding tax team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working with a diverse portfolio of businesses across a range of sectors, you’ll support both compliance and advisory work, gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to build on their existing compliance experience and develop their advisory skills within a supportive and technically strong team.

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporation tax computations and returns
• Support corporate tax advisory and planning projects
• Assist with R&D, capital allowances and transaction work
• Contribute to specialist projects including share schemes and restructuring
• Carry out technical research and provide clear tax analysis
• Manage client assignments to agreed deadlines and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Support junior colleagues through coaching and day-to-day guidance

The Candidate:

• Previous experience within a corporate tax environment
• ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified, part-qualified or studying towards CTA
• Strong technical knowledge with a commitment to continued development
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Professional, proactive and confident building client relationships
