Corporate Trainer

Kerbey Lane is seeking a warm, friendly and highly motivated individual to work in and out of our Restaurant Support Center (Headquarters) as a Field Trainer. Join a service-driven, fun, and team-oriented environment.

As a Field Trainer at Kerbey Lane, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of effective and consistent training systems across all Kerbey Lane locations and additional concepts as needed.

The Field Trainer will ensure teams are equipped to deliver our high standards of guest service and food quality. The Field Trainer will work in close partnership with the Training and Operations teams and department leaders to align and deliver training goals and help to improve restaurant and company performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages restaurant training programs and initiatives, and directly supports the successful design, development, implementation, maintenance, tracking, and promotion of educational programs, initiatives, materials and tools to support the learning needs of the organization.

Maintains current knowledge of restaurant operations and systems, including new and /or upgraded systems, policies and procedures, new products and initiatives in order to serve as a credible training consultant.

Supports the Restaurants by ensuring the highest levels of training standards across all locations.

Serves as an ambassador of the Kerbey Lane brand, exemplifying our core values and demonstrating excellent communication and leadership at all levels, at all times.

Conducts and documents training restaurant visits to evaluate operational effectiveness.

Self-starter organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Exercises good judgment in decision making, has a history of being seen as trustworthy by leadership.

Remains calm and has a well-developed sense of urgency in high pressure situations.

Serves as a role model by demonstrating and upholding our values, as well as holds self-accountable to high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in a variety of technology systems and able to adapt to new systems quickly

Open availability, able and willing to work all shifts when business is open

Transportation required throughout Central Texas

Bilingual a plus but not required

$20-$23 an hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses
