Corporate Trainer- Learning and Development

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.

• Deliver workshops focused on soft skills, communication, leadership fundamentals, and core organizational competencies.

• Design and develop modern, creative training modules, storyboards, reference guides, and multimedia learning aids.

• Curate and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) database, ensuring content remains fresh, accurate, and accessible.

• Deploy evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and business impact.

• Gather data-driven feedback to continuously refine and iterate on training curriculam.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, L&D Coordinator, or a similar HR-adjacent role.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently command a room.
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience managing modern LMS platforms and e-learning creation tools.
• Methodology: Basic understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
