Corporate Vice President - IT Product Support Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Vice President - IT Product Support Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee production support for critical investment applications in a hybrid cloud environment, with a strong focus on operational stability, incident response, and continuous improvement. The position will partner closely with engineering, business, and vendor teams to strengthen production readiness and ensure support processes meet security and service standards. It is well suited for a leader who can combine technical depth with hands-on operational management in a complex enterprise environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $147,500 – $211,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead production support for critical investment applications in hybrid cloud environments.
• Drive incident, problem, change, and release management, with a focus on critical incidents.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to ensure production readiness and support best practices.
• Implement operational improvements through automation and observability technologies.
• Manage vendor performance to comply with security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise application support.
• Experience managing production support operations in hybrid cloud environments (AWS & on-premises).
• Proficiency in incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda, along with observability tools like New Relic and CloudWatch.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for operational automation and efficiency.
• Leadership experience with distributed teams and vendor management in a technical support context.
