What they need
We are partnering with a highly respected NYC midsize firm —a strong BigLaw alternative—seeking a Corporate/Securities Associate .
The ideal candidate is:
- 3rd – 5th year level with openness to strong 2024 graduates
- 1800 billable requirement
- 4 days in office
- Licensed in NY
The team is notably collaborative and close-knit , with a significant number of former BigLaw attorneys who made the move for long-term growth, meaningful responsibility, and a more sustainable pace. This is an unposted opportunity and a competitive search that we are handling exclusively with the firm.
