Duties

• Perform diverse beauty services such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, and nail care with precision and artistry
• Manage client communication effectively to understand their needs and educate them on various treatments and products.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sterilization of all tools and equipment to ensure client safety.
• Utilize salon software
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends in hair styling and barbering to provide innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including nail care and color theory.
• Experience working in the beauty industry
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products during client visits.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
