Duties

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair treatments using advanced techniques such as hair extensions and threading.
• Perform grooming services including straight razor shaves and barbering to ensure clients look sharp and polished.
• Deliver expert makeup application for special occasions or everyday wear, enhancing clients’ natural beauty.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to health regulations.
• Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hair care products or retail items.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in color theory, hair care, and styling techniques to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices and safety protocols.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and grooming services.
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their desired outcomes.
• Expertise in hair care techniques including hair extensions, coloring (color theory), and threading.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform retail math for product sales and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working with diverse client needs and mentoring team members is highly desirable.
