Cosmetology Instructor- Full-time

Metro Beauty Academy is looking to hire a Full-time Cosmetology Instructor to add to our team.

Position is responsible for training and educating adult students in the field of esthetics/cosmetology/nail tech, including duties such as:

• Following Metro Beauty Academy curriculum
• Recording student hours and grades
• Adhering to and enforcing school policies
• Utilizing technology in the classroom
• Counseling students, and providing tutoring when necessary
• And more

Hours for the position are 8:45am-4:15pm Monday through Friday. May be required to arrive early/stay late for scheduled meetings and some weekend availability.

All applicants must be licensed as a Cosmetologist in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in both a salon/spa and in education is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
• Esthetician License (Preferred)
• Esthetician/Cosmetology Teachers License (Required)
