Cost Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare AR account summaries and monthly sales reports, and record GRV and Accounts Payable transactions for material purchases.
• Follow up intercompany purchasing from global sourcing department and confirm intercompany purchasing before month-end closing
• Follow up LA pending for month-end costing run and calculation in ERP system
• Prepare inventory balance, scrap and issue supplies report by weekly and monthly
• Prepare cost reconciles for PND 50 by project as BOI
• Collaborate with Sr. accountant to maintain the annual standard cost system for all products, including managing the annual budgeted standard cost cycle
• Assist Finance manager to prepare product costing analysis details and collaborate with Sr. accountant to complete
• Ensure the compliance with company policy and accounting/tax regulations

Others

• Collaborating closely with the ERP team to minimize costing issues, streamline processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Other requirement from Finance Manager and other departments and assists with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as requested.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields
• With 5-7 year in cost accounting and analysis experience with multinational company.
• BOI costing experience would be advantage
• Able to use ERP software and MS Excel.
• Able to communication in English.
