Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct cost accounting activities, including standard costing, process costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and review financial statements related to costs, such as balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
- Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement in manufacturing processes and recommend changes accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding cost control measures.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accountant principles and practices (e.g., Standard Costing, Process Costing).
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using software like Excel or other relevant tools.
