Cost Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct cost audits to identify areas of improvement in production processes and recommend cost reduction measures.
• Analyze financial data to determine the profitability of products and services, making recommendations for pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement effective cost management systems to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field (e.g., ICWA).
• Strong knowledge of automobile industry practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in cost analysis, costing, and budgeting software tools (e.g., Excel).
• Certification as an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants (ICWA) is desirable.
