Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product costing, pricing, and BOM analysis, including material master, standard cost, transfer pricing, and repricing variance tracking.
• Prepare and monitor monthly inventory reports, forecasting, inventory turns (DIO), and inventory movements.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly manufacturing variance reports, including Work Order Variance, PPV, cost reduction, scrap, and freight cost analysis.
• Review revenue and margins by product category and analyze actual vs. plan, forecast, and YoY performance.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance analysis across business units.
• Analyze key business drivers and provide data-driven insights to support management decisions and strategies.
• Coordinate the annual operating expense budgeting process, including budget templates, consolidation, and management presentations.
• Support business reviews, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and investment budgeting on project and annual bases.
• Perform other duties and analysis as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
