Cost Accounting Staff

1. Cost Accounting and Inventory Management
-Prepare and record monthly importation summaries for accounting and cost monitoring purposes.
-Perform monthly materials valuation for ending inventory.
-Conduct monthly accounting of finished goods inventory.
-Prepare monthly scrap costing reports to monitor production waste and cost impact.
-Summarize and prepare annual physical inventory reports.
-Prepare the Annual BIR Inventory Report, including: Ending Inventory/ Finished Goods/ Work in Process (WIP)
2. Fixed Asset Management
-Perform fixed asset tagging for new and existing assets, particularly for local purchases.
-Prepare monthly reports of fixed asset additions, ensuri g all assets are properly tagged and recorded.
-Conduct annual fixed asset tagging and verification.
3. Sales and Export Monitoring
-Prepare monthly sales summaries.
-Prepare monthly export summaries for reporting and monitoring purposes.
4. Payroll Support
-Perform initial checking of employee time charges per payroll cut-off.
-Prepare, issue, and distribute payroll including: Regular payroll/ Foreman allowance/ Overtime payments
5. Records Management and Filing
**-**Maintain and organize the filing of financial documents including: Commercial Invoices/ Delivery Receipts
6. Other Duties
-Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the department or immediate supervisor.
