Role Description: The Cost Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa, responsible for overseeing cost accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting related to production, logistics, and operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing cost reports, monitoring variances, reviewing inventory and production costs, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also involves supervising cost accounting staff, maintaining internal controls, coordinating with operations and finance teams, and assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements. This position contributes to pricing decisions, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives to support the company’s profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Cost Accounting and Accounting, with experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or logistics environment.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and reconcile Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and solid Finance knowledge to interpret cost data, support budgeting, and guide decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is required.
• Experience supervising or leading an accounting team, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems and MS Excel; familiarity with inventory and cost management modules is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity, and the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
