Cost Analyst

• Budget & Cost Data Management: Collect budget requirements and actual spend data from supporting functions according to established schedules.
• Cost Data Processing: Process actual expenditure data for supporting functions in accordance with standard formats and guidelines.
• Budget Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare regular budget vs. actual cost comparisons and variance data to support budget monitoring and financial reporting.
• Cost Variance Analysis: Identify, gather, and present supporting data to explain discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs.
• Process Optimization: Oversee business processes across departments, assist in managing costs, and provide recommendations to support future business planning.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Cost Analyst, Cost Specialist, or in a similar financial role.

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of accounting processes, financial analysis, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, operations, and cost management.
