Cost Analyst

Job Details:

Cost Analyst Lehigh Valley - 5 days on-site Growing manufacturing company is seeking a cost analyst to partner with plant leadership. This role provides high visibility to operations and finance leadership while owning financial analysis, cost reporting, and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze plant P&L, costs, variances, and financial performance
• Track inventory, yield, OEE, and cost per ton
• Analyze margins by product/SKU and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare financial presentations for plant leadership
• Build dashboards and tools to improve financial and operational reporting
• Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• FP&A, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting experience
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
