Cost Analyst

As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities within it. To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Cost Analyst to join our team in Tabor.

What You'll Do

• Preparation and analysis of the plant's profit and loss (P&L) statement, as well as variance and cost analyzes
• Forecasting and cash flow planning directly linked to operational processes
• Monitoring of material costs, production KPIs, and investments
• Close collaboration with production, logistics, and purchasing to achieve targets
• Supporting the budgeting process in conjunction with the management team
• Evaluation of projects, scrap rates, and cost variances; formulation of specific action plans
• Support with cost calculations, hourly rates, and internal transfer pricing

What you bring

• Completed degree in business administration or a technical field, with a specialization in controlling
• Several years of professional experience in production controlling, preferably in the automotive sector
• Very good Czech and good English skills
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and personal initiative
• Enthusiasm for hands-on involvement at the plant and close collaboration with specialist departments
