We are building our talent pool to be used for upcoming Requests for proposals (RFP’s) and collaborate with trusted industry engineering and project management firms as a minority sub-consultant!

We’re looking for a Cost professional, for Diligene, you will be required to demonstrate

• Experience in a Project Controls – Cost
• Experience in preparing detailed Cashflow's required for capital work being performed for construction of projects.
• Responsible to provide detailed reports, customer service, provide resolutions to customer issues and someone who knows how to do monthly dashboards.
• Experience with MS project, cost control SAP, Maximo, AACE, etc. would be attractive as well.
• Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and team building skills
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closeout
• Experience with ERP systems for identifying and reporting actual costs posted to projects (i.e., SAP, etc.) Demonstrate strong working knowledge using Integrated Data Management Tools such as, MS Excel and MS Word
• Being a self-starter capable of seeking out project related information from Project Stakeholders.
• Capabilities of making presentations to project stakeholders and management.
• Experience in implementation standard cost, schedule and risk management programs, processes, and practices to ensure Design and Construction projects are performed in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.
• Coordination with cross functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to complete project analyses by their due date.
• Experience in developing, coordinating, and maintaining financial, schedule, estimate, budget, resource, procurement, risk and other data within systems / databases and query tools for individual projects and for project portfolio.
• Experience in developing , coordination and maintaining status & variance reporting and executive dashboards for the financial aspects and schedules for projects.

Educational Requirements

• Certified in Cost Management is preferred
• Certified in PMP is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Finance or Business discipline, or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $85.00 per hour
