Cost & Contracts Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform cost analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility
• Create accurate estimates of project costs based on available information
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on pricing and lead times for materials
• Develop strategies for reducing costs without sacrificing quality or efficiency
• Work with project managers to monitor budgets and adjust plans as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost and contracts

• Cost experience with real estate developer or consultant are preferable

• Strong command of English both written and verbal

• Knowledge of cost management tools and software

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

• We may consider offering a higher-level role (e.g., Senior Cost and Contracts Engineer or Manager) depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
