Cost and Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs for civil and finishing works.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify project requirements.
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, subcontractor and other construction activities.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders and comparative statements from contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with the Projects, Procurement, Design and Commercial teams for accurate estimation and costing.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variations.
• Review contractor/vendor quotations and negotiate rates where required.
• Assist in preparation of project budgets, cost forecasts and cost reports.

Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 7-12 years in Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Commercial or Construction projects.
