Cost & Estimation Engineer;
Key Responsibilities
- Drawing & BOM Analysis: Review 2D/3D blueprints, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical specifications.
- Cost Calculation: Compute raw material yields, scrap rates, machining cycle times, and machine-hour rates.
- Quotation Preparation: Build accurate, timely commercial proposals and bid responses for customers.
- Vendor Benchmarking: Collect and evaluate external supplier or subcontractor quotations.
- Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative manufacturing processes without losing quality.
- Variance Analysis: Compare estimated production costs with actual shop-floor data to refine future models.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
