Key Responsibilities
RFQ & Bid Analysis: Review RFQs and tender documents to assess technical and commercial requirements.
Product Sourcing & Bid Prep: Source suitable products and submit complete bids within deadlines.
Client Coordination: Manage prequalification and respond to client queries across the GCC.
Proposal Support: Develop competitive bids and assist Sales with order conversions.
Technical & Vendor Liaison: Interpret specs and coordinate with vendors for accurate solutions.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records and follow SOPs.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance.
Performance Reporting: Track bid metrics and support MIS reporting.
Salesman Monitoring: Monitor and report daily field visits using GPS tracking
