Cost & Schedule Engineer

• Cost & Schedule Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost & Schedule Engineer to oversee project controls, budgeting, and scheduling. In this role, you will be responsible for developing project baselines, tracking financial performance, and managing project timelines to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers to identify risks, forecast variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Key ResponsibilitiesCost Management & Controls
• Develop project budgets and cost breakdowns based on project scope.

Planning & Scheduling

• Create master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Define critical paths and milestones to track project health.
• Update progress schedules weekly or monthly based on site/team updates.
• Analyze schedule delays and propose acceleration or mitigation plans.
• Resource load schedules to optimize labor, material, and equipment allocation.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Generate dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership review.
• Facilitate progress meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of all budget adjustments, baselines, and historical data.
• Monitor expenditures against the approved budget to prevent cost overruns.
• Forecast Earned Value (EV), Planned Value (PV), and Actual Cost (AC).
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and cash flow projections.
• Review change orders to evaluate their financial impact on the overall project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor/Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Registered Engineer (Preferred)
