What they need
- Monitor and control project costs against budget.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor actual cost, commitment, PO, and subcontract costs.
- Support Cost to Complete (CTC) and project cost forecasting.
- Coordinate with Project Control, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Cost Control/Project Control, preferably EPC/Construction/Mining.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at project/site locations.
