Cost Control & Compliance Supervisor

About the Job

This role ensures effective budget, cost, and inventory control across the business. You will monitor spending and purchases, track budget performance, strengthen internal controls, and provide clear financial insights to support decision-making. Working closely with Finance and department heads, you will help maintain financial discipline while keeping processes practical and efficient.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control, Budget Control, Internal Control preferably within retail, beauty, consumer goods, or F&B.

• Familiar with budgeting, cost monitoring, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.

• Experience using Odoo or other ERP systems and approval workflows is preferred.

• Proactive in building and improving processes, with openness to introducing new ways of working.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including variance analysis, PivotTables, and lookup functions.

• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Willing to work on-site in Central Jakarta and visit stores or warehouses as required.
