Cost Control Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Cost Control Associate plays a vital role in protecting and optimizing the operational finances of Savoy Hotel Boracay. You will monitor, verify, and analyze costs across food, beverage, and other supplies — ensuring accurate valuation, minimal waste, and strict alignment with budgets and standards. Your work directly supports profitability, transparency, and the financial success of our property.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years relevant experience in cost control, inventory, or hospitality finance are welcome
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with hotel management or POS systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
• Honest, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with all departments
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations
