- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi/Ekonomi/Manajemen dan jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang inventory/cost control hotel
- Menguasai rumus Excel seperti (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivotable, dll)
- Menghitung dan menganalisa food & beverage cost
- Mengelola inventory stock
- Membuat laporan stock report, cost report dan variance report
- Mampu mengoperasikan sistem inventory/POS
- Melakukan audit stock secara berkala
