Cost Control

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational costs to ensure efficiency and budget control.
• Control Food & Beverage costs, including food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses.
• Monitor purchasing, receiving, inventory movement, and stock usage.
• Conduct stock opname, inventory reconciliation, and cost variance analysis.
• Identify cost discrepancies, wastage, and unusual consumption.
• Verify purchase prices, supplier invoices, and supporting documents.
• Prepare regular cost control reports and provide recommendations for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, F&B, Store, and Accounting teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Cost Control experience, preferably in the Restaurant / F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory control, stock opname, and cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Accurate or Olsera is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, accurate, and responsible.
• Able to coordinate effectively with operational and finance teams.
• Willing to be placed in Nusa Dua, Badung, Bali.
