- Responsible for internal reporting of all commercial and contractual issues including budget tracking. · Administers budget variance tracking for the project. · Review new project budget and build cost codes against estimates · Manage and administrate Contractors/Suppliers Agreements (contracts/purchase orders) · Manage, administrate & review contractors/suppliers invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates with Cost Control, forecasts and variation orders
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced 5 -10 years in managing high-end construction projects. · Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
