Cost Control Engineer

Position Title Cost Control Engineer Company Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. Grade / Level V Division / Department Projects

Job Purpose

• Work with all stakeholders of the project for Project Pre-costing, Cost
• Estimation, Monitoring & Control of budget during project execution & After Project closeout
• Proficient in preparation of L1/L2/L3/L4 level costing
• Knowledge about cost estimation techniques like Lang Method / Factorial method/ Analogous / Parametric etc.
• Able to work out overall project costing based on historical data in SAP
• Ability to do cost estimation for all disciplines like Mechanical / Electrical /Instrument / Civil etc.
• Monitoring & Tracking Budget actual and Variance data
• Maintaining Historical Project data for cost comparison over the time
• Project cost estimation at Conceptual stage, Project Initiation stage, Project
• execution & Project commissioning stage
• Project cost monitoring on Procurement & Services
• Budget Monitoring in SAP
• Responsible for cost estimation of assigned project from the initial to final stage. This will require meetings with users to fully determine their needs & fulfilling the same.
• Monthly & Weekly MIS of all Projects Cost Budget and actual cost variance to the project team and stakeholders
• Responsible for overall monitoring of Project Budget control.
• Ability to handle cash flow management
