Cost Control Engineer

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in cost control, project controls, or commercial management. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification in Project Controls, Cost Management, or Quantity Surveying is an advantage. Experience in building and/or MEP construction projects is preferred. UAE construction experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost monitoring, cost forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in budget preparation, cost reporting, cash flow monitoring, and cost reconciliation. Ability to monitor actual costs against approved budgets and forecasts and identify cost deviations. Familiarity with BOQs, procurement costs, subcontractor costs, variations, commitments, and payment applications. Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant cost control/project management software.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
