Cost Control Manager

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Strong experience in project budgeting, cost forecasting, cost reporting, and variance analysis. Proven experience in monitoring and controlling subcontractor, procurement, material, and overall project costs. Good knowledge of variations, claims, contracts, and project financial control. Strong understanding of cost management procedures, budget tracking, and financial reporting. Experience working with large-scale construction/MEP projects is preferred. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant cost control and project management software.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
