Job Description The Cost Control Manager leads the financial stewardship of inventory and operational expenses, driving cost optimization across the property while maintaining service excellence and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Purchasing Leadership: Direct and oversee the inventory management function, including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods. Conduct and supervise physical inventory audits, establishing best practices and accountability measures across the team.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and monitor comprehensive cost analysis frameworks, tracking daily and monthly expenses against approved budgets. Analyze variances, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaborative initiatives with purchasing, culinary, and service departments to develop and implement cost-reduction strategies. Champion portion control standards and operational efficiency improvements across all revenue centers.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain compliance with Accor's internal audit standards and financial policies. Develop departmental procedures, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to corporate financial governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2–5 years of cost control supervisory experience, ideally within luxury hotel environments.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
