Cost Control Operation

Afkar Holding is looking for a Cost Control operation to monitor operational costs, ensure compliance with company procedures, and support profitability across our outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling food and beverage costs, monitoring stock movements, analyzing variances, and ensuring the accurate implementation of cost control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs.
• Analyze food and beverage costs against budgeted targets and identify variances.
• Review purchasing, receiving, inventory, transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Investigate discrepancies, unusual consumption, wastage, and potential losses.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cost control within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to identify irregularities.
• Preferably living in Mount Lebanon.
