We are looking for a Cost Control Staff to join our Finance & Accounting team and help ensure accurate cost monitoring, inventory control, and financial reporting across our Food & Beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs and operational expenses.
• Conduct daily and monthly inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
• Check receiving, purchasing, transfers, and stock usage against records.
• Monitor food and beverage cost percentages and identify variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Store, Kitchen, Bar, and Finance teams.
• Check recipe costing, portion control, and menu cost calculations.
• Monitor wastage, spoilage, complimentary items, and staff consumption.
• Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and documented.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Cost Control, Finance, Accounting, or F&B operations.
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, beach club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of F&B costing and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Honest, responsible, and strong attention to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
