Cost Control Staff

About the role

Responsible for receiving, storing, and cost accounting by ensuring all processes are conducted in adherence with company standards and procedures. Monitor supplier invoices and counter-check details against purchase orders. Conduct regular and spot-checks on kitchen, restaurant, and bar items, including identification of soon-to-expire items. Prepare reports on a regular basis as required by management. In-charge with monthly inventory and cost reconciliation. Provide the highest level of service while ensuring standards are maintained. Ensure that all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed in all interactions. Maintain an efficient, organized work space that encourages productivity at all times.

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with an eye for details
• Can start immediately
