Cost Control Supervisor

About the role

The Cost Control Supervisor leads, oversees, and coordinates the daily operations of the Cost Control unit. You ensure accurate, timely monitoring of food, beverage, and operating costs; supervise inventory and receiving procedures; enforce cost standards; and guide the team in delivering reliable financial analysis. Your leadership strengthens cost discipline across all departments and directly contributes to the profitability and operational efficiency of Savoy Hotel Boracay.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in cost control, inventory, or hospitality finance; at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and F&B operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with hotel PMS, POS, or cost control systems is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of internal controls, procurement, and inventory management best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-department coordination skills
• Honest, decisive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality of financial information
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations
