Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory, receiving, void, and wastage records across all outlets.
• Conduct regular stock takes for Bar, Kitchen, Merchandise, and other operational items.
• Verify receiving records, invoices, and item costs to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare bi-weekly P&L reports for all outlets.
• Monitor inventory variances and ensure proper Cost Control procedures are followed.
• Assist the Purchasing team with reviewing and verifying purchase documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Cost Control, Inventory, or a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Good understanding of inventory management, stock take, and basic P&L.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with POS or inventory systems is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
