• 在财务总监的指导下工作，负责食品及物品的收货控制和库存管理，按时核查库房情况并及时反馈以确保利益。 2. 抽查采购、收货、库存、发货工作的执行情况，及酒吧库存量。 3. 合理控制出品分量，减少浪费和失窃情况；每月进行食品、文具及总仓的库存盘点。 4. 各项内部控制衡量措施的严格执行；准备每月餐饮成本控制报告并对差异进行分析。
• 三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。 2. 具有物资，成本管理或相关领域学士学位。 3. 熟练使用微软窗口软件,良好的写作技能。 4. 具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。
