About the Company

Dong Fang Offshore, based in Taiwan, specializes in offshore maritime solutions with a fleet of 18 vessels ranging from 27 to 130 meters. We provide full lifecycle services for offshore wind farms, including survey, construction, and long-term maintenance. With global talent and strong technical expertise, we deliver professional, customized solutions, leading in cable installation and project management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in tracking project budgets, actual expenditures, and forecast costs.
2. Organize and maintain project cost-related data and documentation.
3. Assist in preparing monthly project cost reports and related analysis.
4. Assist in reviewing vendor and subcontractor costs and reconciling them against project budgets and contract terms.
5. Assist with actual cost vs. budget variance analysis and identify and document unusual or exceptional items.
6. Assist in compiling cost-related information for Engineering Changes, Variation Orders (VO), and Change Orders (CO).
7. Assist in tracking project expenditures and outstanding/unsettled costs.
8. Communicate and coordinate with Project, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams for daily information verification and reconciliation.
9. Perform other project cost control-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with basic data organization and analytical skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
• Good logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn project management, engineering cost control, and offshore/maritime engineering knowledge.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with foreign managers.
