Cost controller

The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling food, beverage, and operational costs across outlets and central kitchen operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, cost reconciliation, and pricing analysis to protect profit margins, minimize waste, and support the company's financial and operational efficiency goals.

Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in cost control, inventory management, or accounting, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or retail/QSR industry.
• Experience with multi-outlet or central kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage cost structures, recipe costing, and menu engineering.
• Proficiency in inventory and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
