What they need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel/Spreadsheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Experience in contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and Control Expenses
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variances.
- Prepare cost reports and support cost forecasting.
Create and Monitor Cash Flow
- Develop and maintain project cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor actual cash flow and report variances.
Support Claim Activities
- Assist in preparing and tracking project claims.
- Coordinate supporting documents and claim records.
