Cost Controller

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller with 2-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs across operations, ensuring efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze company costs, including operational, supply chain, and F&B costs
• Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and budgeting forecasts
• Track inventory costs and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency
• Review and control expenses to ensure alignment with budgets
• Support month-end closing with cost-related entries and reporting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of costing principles, especially food cost & inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
