Cost Controller

Cost Controller | Salary: AED 10,000–12,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost forecasts.
• Track actual costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
• Monitor commitments, invoices, and subcontractor costs.
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and cost management systems.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
