We are seeking an experienced Program Cost Modeller to join a major transformation program.

This is a specialist opportunity for an experienced financial modeller who can quickly understand a complex transformation environment and develop a robust, integrated whole-of-program cost model through to completion.

The role will play a critical part in supporting the program's revised roadmap, financial baseline and supplementary business case, with exposure to senior Finance, Commercial, Planning and Program stakeholders.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Proven experience developing program or portfolio cost models supporting business cases, investment decisions or executive governance.
• Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, EAC, cost-to-complete and cash-flow forecasting.
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling capability, including Power Query.
• Experience reconciling actuals, forecasts, POs, contracts, SOWs and workforce data.
• The ability to prepare business case and investment evaluation inputs and clearly explain cost movements and assumptions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and work across Finance, Commercial, Planning and delivery teams.
• The ability to work independently, manage complexity and deliver a high-quality, audit-defensible model within a compressed timeframe.
